Summing up what happened last meeting; go over any questions, concerns, or any business that needs to be completed.
Any important announcements, reminders, or deadlines will be announced
Introducing the current meeting agenda; establishing this weeks goal
Bi-weekly goal check-ins: what progress are we making, and what are some steps we can take in the future towards these goals?
Actionable steps for the next meeting
Answering any questions members have
Expect meeting agendas to be posted at the latest on the weekend before a meeting.
Meeting summaries and actionable items will be posted by the end of the day on Tuesday.
